At LumaForge 3D, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom 3D printed products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help if something isn’t right.

🛠️ Returns

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept general returns. However, we’re happy to offer returns or replacements if your order:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong color, design, or missing parts)

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email or contact link] and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the product and packaging

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll offer either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process once approved.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind. If you received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

We cannot issue refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer mishandling or misuse

  • Custom orders with personal modifications, unless faulty
